Women In Leadership

It has been proven time and again that companies with more diverse boards have higher profits. In fact, companies with higher gender diversity were 45% more likely to have captured a larger portion of their market. So when it comes to business success, companies actually seek the insights of top women leaders.

While the economy took a hit during the Covid-19 pandemic, companies that had diverse boards were better prepared to succeed against all odds. That is according to a new report by BoardReady, a Seattle-based non-profit focused on helping companies with board diversity.

The world as we know it has changed. The current reality is so different from what we were used to before the pandemic. Or should we as leaders use this unprecedented opportunity to step up and intentionally shape the new reality as we would like to see it?
