We are currently looking for a volunteer Salesperson with purely commission-based, who is a “hunter” and who loves creating new opportunities. If you are not afraid of reaching out to new prospects, whether through email, LinkedIn, or phone, and you have a track record of closing deals, we are interested in speaking to you.
Placing our speakers at large organisations in-house conferences, which includes but is not limited to:
Lead generation: Identify potential new customers or New lead generation.
Creating mailers to clients and sending these to leads, responding in a highly professional manner, resulting in long-lasting and trusted business relationships.
Setting up initial client contact and setting up and managing meetings – as needed with senior volunteers and supporting these in closing the deal.
Client meeting follow-up: preparing and sending out client proposals, follow up as needed to close deals, including managing further follow-up meetings.
Working closely with the Chair and salespeople who are farmers to continue nurturing clients.
Capturing all steps in a customer data base and determine which clients need to be nurtured in what ways.
Evaluating and testing alternative lead generation options.
Experience and skills
Hard selling doesn’t fit our culture. The salesperson is expected to sell by thoroughly researching client needs, asking question, listening, and providing suitable solutions; creating advisor status among clients.
Excellent customer relationship and management skills with a passion for DEI. Navigating cultures a must.
Experience and strong client network across MEA, APAC, Europe and North America a plus.
Expert organizational skills, great attention to detail and ability to project manage multiple selling campaigns.
Excellent skills in developing detailed proposals in collaboration with consultants, trainers and coaches.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking capability; “thinking out of the box”.
Excellent team player, ability to integrate and work in a small team.
Self-starter with a passion for learning, and proven track-record of goal achievement.
