Keynote Women Speakers

Country & Region: Asia

Marla Lise is a global educator, eco-literary advocate, and good faith communicator. With a deep love for nature and the planet, and over two decades in language education, conservation, and sustainability, she uses words as the basis to drive systemic change.

Sitting at the intersection of language and science, her work bridges the gap – making complex concepts accessible to many. She is working to build a world of understanding, communication, reciprocity, and connection through her company The Eco Chapter.

She is the editor and co-author of the book, Dreams of Unwritten Futures, which is the first book in what she hopes to grow into a Better Future Narratives project.

Tamsin Bradshaw doesn’t fit neatly into a box. That’s the point.

Born in Hong Kong and shaped by life across continents, Tamsin has spent two decades exploring what it means to be fully, unapologetically human. After beginning her career in law and editorial work, she found her calling as a somatic and life coach, shamanic alchemist, writer and speaker.

Her work sits at the intersection of the ancient and the practical. She supports high achievers, creatives and anxious overachievers who are exhausted by the relentless pressure to do more, achieve more and be more. Through parts work and somatic coaching, she helps them regulate their nervous systems, release perfectionism and step into radical self-acceptance.

On stage, Tamsin speaks on enoughness, self-acceptance and the power of choosing your own reality. Her talks offer something increasingly rare: permission to stop striving, to arrive, and to be enough as you are.

Audiences leave feeling lighter, clearer and newly equipped to experience their work and lives through a different lens.

Shivon Gunalan works at the intersection of identity, leadership, and organizational culture, supporting aspiring leaders to navigate complexity with clarity, integrity, and cultural intelligence.

With a career spanning high-performance corporate environments, cross-border teams, and human leadership landscapes, Shivon focuses on leadership identity and how it shapes influence, presence, and decision-making. Her work explores what it takes to operate across cultures, power structures, and difference without losing conviction or authenticity.

She is particularly interested in how organizational cultures are formed and sustained, and how values, incentives, and behaviours interact to either build or erode trust.

At its core, Shivon’s work is about developing leaders who can hold complexity without becoming rigid, performative, or disconnected. She supports leaders to remain adaptive, intentional, and aligned as they shape the environments around them.
