Monica is the Global Director of Strategic Partnerships and Engagement at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, delivering global education and digital transformation events and publications. Originating from Chile, she graduated in International Relations and studied further at Bologna, SOAS, and INSEAD, undertaking her MBA at Politecnico di Milano. Her international career has focused on public-private partnerships and convening multiple stakeholders to tackle urgent societal issues. Her expertise and interests lie in regional policy ecosystems and partnership strategies in Asia and Europe.    Monica’s passion for women’s empowerment and digital innovation guides her. She facilitated Google’s #IamRemarkable initiative, while her sustainability focus includes championing impactful initiatives in organizations including the UN. Other work includes Global Initiatives, World Economic Forum’s Grow Asia, the Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, and Chile’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.     Monica believes women empowerment is not an equity need, but a crucial economic imperative for climate action and sustainability.    
Arthi Rabikrisson is the Founder and Managing Director of Prerna Advisory, based in South Africa, which focuses on neuroscience-based coaching and assessment for individuals, teams and corporates; strategic business consulting to SMEs; and capital introduction to alternative funding sources. A 15-year corporate career in finance and investments prior to starting Prerna Advisory, Arthi uses her coaching, strategy, sales, and finance skills, to help individuals craft their personal and business brands holistically and with confidence to make an impact.   As a keynote speaker, Arthi talks on a range of topics on leadership development, career growth, entrepreneurship, sales, and finance – as viewed through the understanding of neuroscience.  Arthi is a global award-winning ICF-credentialed leadership coach, featured and recognised across a range of global publications including Finance Monthly the NYC Journal and The CIO Times to name a few. Arthi is a key contributor and member of the Forbes Coaches Council and an opt-in member of the Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review. She is vetted on coaching panels for a number of South African and global companies, a mentor to graduates and budding entrepreneurs, and is a non-executive director of a US-based NGO operating in East Africa called Global Grassroots. She has served as a judge on platforms such as Africa’s Business Heroes (Jack Ma Foundation in Africa) and coached female entrepreneurs across Africa, through Future Females Empowerment Initiatives, to become investment and funding ready with global investors.
Dr. Karine Lespinasse is a language researcher and practitioner with degrees in computational linguistics (NLP) and information science. She specialised in children’s language development through her work in APAC, Europe, and the USA. Karine brings her passion for neurolinguistics and tech, as well as a deep understanding of the diverse reality of today’s global world to parents and schools. A published author, Karine has written on NLP, growth mindset in language education, Third Culture Kids, and storytelling in Asia.     Trained by Laughter Yoga founder, Dr. Kataria, Karine also has ten years of experience in laughter therapy and healing, working with children and adults across Asia, the USA, and France. After experiencing challenging times with high stress in her life, Laughter Yoga and Reiki paved the way for her recovery and ultimate well-being.     Karine brings warmth and passion to the stage and empowers the audience to feel positive and engaged.  About Dr. Karine 
Anupama has spent over 15 years as an IT consultant in multiple roles across Asia, Europe, and North America. She has led transformation projects for global financial institutions, constantly raising the bar in the way clients implement change within their organisations. It was during her successful professional life, combined with evolving family life, that she discovered that living life being inspired and relaxed at the same time is not so much about adopting new strategies, it is rather about realigning oneself.   She now empowers professionals to shift from reactive to intentional living through her ‘Achieve with Equilibrium’ coaching, transformational talks, and leadership development programs. She is a specialist in enabling highly accomplished individuals to overcome imposter experiences through the ‘Ignite the Leader Within’ coaching program. Her mission is to empower people to discover their personal resilience comprising resilient thinking, emotional balance, and recovery through personal congruence. She has spoken at several universities in Singapore namely NUS Medicine, Duke NUS, and NTU, and given talks at HP Enterprise, Swiss Re, and Alcon, to name a few.
Nimisha is a competition and regulation specialist with 20 years of international experience. She is the founder of E-nomics, a boutique economics consultancy, helping organisations navigate policies and regulations to innovate and internationalise in an inclusive and sustainable manner.   Nimisha has experience advising large tech companies, central banks, think tanks, and international organisations (World Bank, OECD) in the areas of the digital economy, digital finance, and digital trade in Asia Pacific, United States, and Latin America. Previously, she worked at competition authorities in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, and Australia. She has written articles in industry and academic publications and has presented to industry associations, business schools, universities, workshops for ASEAN government agencies, as well as at the International Competition Network Conference. Having spoken at both academic and Tech Industry conferences, her expertise connects public-private sector perspectives.  Nimisha is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and in her spare time, she volunteers as a mentor to university students planning their careers. Nimisha is a former member of the UK Government Economic Service and has a Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science. 
Engineer by nurture, feminist by nature; Her first award-winning keynote, aged 20, was titled “Am I Being Too Ambitious?”, referring to comments she received for studying engineering. Her decades of keynote and panel moderation experience range from Cloud Asia and TechXLR8 to teaching Cloud and AI at the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisation’s ITHub.  She was born in Sri Lanka, grew up in Australia, and now resides in Singapore. Shehara’s relentless passion for innovation enabled the design of game-changing digital experiences. She has taken leadership roles at SingTel, Telstra, and Cisco, in Cloud Computing, Security, and Software. She was the Head of International Cloud Portfolio at Telstra, helping the company create award-winning differentiation in Asia Pacific’s highly competitive cloud market, resulting in 6 industry awards.  Shehara recently served as Vice-Chair of the Asia Cloud Computing Association and is now a Lead Advisor for Cisco APJC.   
Mette Johansson (MBA, CSP, PCC) is a highly awarded author, speaker, and consultant. She worked in leadership roles for multinational corporations for 15 years before founding MetaMind, a training consultancy providing consulting and learning programmes on the people’s side of leadership skills. Mette has spoken internationally on Authentic, Inspirational, and Inclusive Leadership at a wide variety of global conferences, corporations, and business schools. Her clients include Citibank, Airbnb, Microsoft, UPS, Pfizer, Capitaland, and many more. Awards for her activities include the AmCham HERo award, the Asia Women Icon Award, the Golden Door – REX Karmaveer Medal, and APAC insider’s “Best Leadership Development Company 2020”. Mette is also the founder and relentless driver of the non-profit KeyNote – Women Speakers’ directory, with a mission to bring diversity to speaking stages around the world. Christine Amour-Levar is a French-Swiss-Filipina, Philanthropist, Record-Breaking Adventurer, Best-Selling Author, Human Rights & Sustainability Advisor, and Co-Founder of Investors for Climate. She began her career working for Nike globally and went on to build an international career as a marketing and communications expert and social entrepreneur, focused on addressing some of the world’s most urgent issues. A passionate advocate for female empowerment and environmental conservation, she founded two award-winning non-profit organizations, Women on a Mission (WOAM) and HER Planet Earth, which combine these two passions. Both organizations lead all-female teams on groundbreaking expeditions—WOAM supporting women who have been victims of violence and abuse, and HER Planet Earth raising funds for underprivileged women affected by climate change. Amutha Meyyappan is a dynamic lecturer, TED speaker, and researcher specialising in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Education. She brings vitality to higher education through thought-provoking lectures spanning diverse disciplines. With an engaging teaching approach, Amutha breathes life into seemingly mundane subjects. With eight years of leadership in an education services business, she applied neuroeducation pedagogy to impact 300 entities across varied age groups. In 2019, Amutha orchestrated the groundbreaking Neuroeducation Symposium at the National University of Singapore, drawing international speakers and recognition from the Finnish Ambassador to Singapore. Beyond her academic pursuits, she is proficient in Japanese. Currently, her research delves into the pandemic’s impact on mental health, exploring dimensions of life, love, work, and learning for both children and adults. Mahal is the founder and voice behind MetaDestiny, through which she advocates Well-Being, specializing in Resilience, Change Management and Self-Care. As a Speaker, Trainer and Author, she is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations in spreading awareness and need to cultivate well-being. After surviving a critical medical condition, she emerged from it stronger and with a renewed perspective of life and purpose.
