Anna is the Executive Director for Our Legacy Creations, a Global Live Entertainment Company. Originally from Australia, Anna’s 25-year career in live entertainment has taken her around the world. She has created shows in the Americas, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and many countries across Asia. Always behind the scenes, Anna has been involved in the execution of some of the largest show creations in the world, including “The Beatles: LOVE” by Cirque du Soleil, and “The House of Dancing Water” in Macau.  Anna is renowned for managing large cross-cultural teams, working to tight deadlines, and effectively managing high-risk shows and emergency situations. On the forefront of some of the most cutting-edge entertainment globally, Anna has the ability to inspire and motivate anyone to be their best through her keynote speeches and work sessions.

A Top 50 business leader in Clean Energy & EVs, Kasturi brings 15+ years of executive experience to the stage. She is a serial builder with a passion for all things moving green – From e-mobility to Hydrogen.

From a wide-eyed researcher in Germany, working on hydrogen trucks to a hustler building India’s first electric tuk-tuk; she has often been the only woman and Asian in the room. Now as the Global Head of Battery Swapping at Shell, she is making the switch to EVs an easier choice.

Nathalie is a professional organizer and the founder of Get Organised & Beyond. She works with individuals who feel overwhelmed by all the stuff they have accumulated in their home and life. She helps them face the discomfort of decluttering, establish systems, and embrace new habits so they can create and maintain a clutter-free, organized and peaceful home and make time for the important things in their life. Nathalie is also the author of a blog and is regularly published in the media. She has been speaking for organizations such as Airbnb, DBS, Ikea, National Library Board, Prudential, Robinsons, and SAP. Prior to setting up Get Organised & Beyond in 2013, Nathalie has spent over 20 years in the supply chain field, planning and managing large projects, optimizing warehouse space, processes and systems, and driving efficiencies. Nathalie is originally from France and has been living in Singapore since 1998.
Dr Sarah Whyte has a doctorate in emotional intelligence, for which she created an emotional intelligence intervention for change and gained the specialist skills to create new knowledge and become an expert in her field. She remains a massive research geek, updating her knowledge with emotion, psychology, and neuroscience research. With more than twenty years experience of supporting thousands of people with tough emotions, first as a teacher and then as a speaker and facilitator, she now works with leaders and teams in high-pressure environments which expect peak performance. Dr Sarah helps people understand the power of emotion in building psychological safety. Through relatable stories which distill complex research into simple but powerful takeaways, she supports people to boost their performance, productivity, and communication.
Ruchi is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Lawyer by training. She is also an NLP Practitioner and an Accredited Belbin Facilitator. She helps high-potential professionals build emotional resilience and a positive mindset to get to the next level in their lives, professionally and personally. Her main objective is to help clients move forward and find fulfillment & success in all the roles they play. Expertly guiding individuals through this transition, Ruchi makes her clients feel empowered and accomplished. Her coaching style is results-oriented, ensuring clients experience a paradigm shift that allows them to achieve & maintain their own long-term results. Through unleashing the potential of each human, Ruchi enables individuals to be the best they can. Lissy focuses her practice on promoting emotional wellness. In her 27 years as a counseling psychologist, she has helped children, teens, couples, and families achieve emotional and psychological wellbeing. Not surprisingly, she has been sought after as a professional speaker across the region – delivering live talks and presentations, facilitating wellness workshops, and appearing on television, print, and radio. With such a background, Lissy now has a wellspring of insight to guide and share with many. Lissy’s professional career has brought her to live and practice in five countries, with Singapore being her base for the past 11 years. With Lissy as one of its founding directors, International Counselling & Psychology Centre was established in 2015. She has authored two books on building and maintaining genuine connectedness as the basis for lifelong relationships and marriages. Her first book, Affairs Don’t Just Happen: Protect, Repair, Recover, was launched in 2016, Stay connected (2018)and Couple goals (2019) are interactive journals. Armed with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a Clinical Fellowship from Harvard University, Lissy is also a Certified Imago Therapist (advanced clinician) and a Certified Imago Workshop Presenter.
Dr. Lakshmi Ramachandran, PhD in Cell & Molecular Biology (USA) has over two decades of experience in diverse areas of science such as academic and pharma research, communications and research programme management. She is an advocate of STEM and actively promotes people in science as the ambassador of the global stories in science initiative and as a co-lead organizer of the Gender Summit Asia Pacific, 2019 Singapore (GS16). Her uniqueness lies in her versatility. She is a writer, speaker, model, role model, poet, and mother of two young boys. She shares her personal experiences within and outside of science through her blog Assorted Life Flavours on lakshmiramachandran.com. She has co-authored a unique memoir-cookbook called ‘Roomies/Foodies’, a witty and informative survival guide for Indian students going abroad. Born in India, brought up in India and the Middle East, educated in the US, and living in Singapore for the last 7 years, she is a global citizen, passionate about a better, peaceful and equal world.
Katia has extensive experience in marketing, branding and business strategy developed in the two decades working on leading brands in a variety of international positions in FMCG companies. In 2015, she decided to stand up for a higher purpose to make a positive impact on society and she started her journey in the nonprofit sector. Katia currently serves as President for Tabitha Foundation Singapore – a nonprofit dedicated to lifting underprivileged Cambodian families out of poverty- and as President for the Nokor Tep Society supporting the completion of the Nokor Tep Women’s Hospital that focuses on women’s health. She is also Vice President of PrimeTime Business & Professional Women Association which helps professional women achieve their highest potential through inspiring talks, professional development, and networking. Katia’s passion is mentoring & coaching people. She enjoys supporting individuals set and achieve their goals, make powerful choices and take effective action that will shape a richer and more meaningful life, both personally and professionally. Having lived and worked in 12 countries, she has an invaluable and diverse perspective on multicultural and gender issues.
