Wendy holds a PhD in Psychology from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a Certified Professional Speaker (CSP), a hallmark of professional speaking excellence. Her research and insights have appeared in TD and MIT Sloan Management Review.

She is also the author of Wholeness in a Disruptive World and Learning Agility: Relearn, Reskill, and Reinvent. Smarter is her third book.
