Aliza is a seasoned executive who built and led APAC businesses for three of the world’s top technology firms—Google, Twitter, and Cloudflare. Named APAC IT Woman Of The Year 2020, and Top 100 Woman in Tech (Singapore), Aliza is the best-selling author of “Don’t Quit Your Day Job (Six Mindshifts to Rise and Thrive)”. She has spent decades as a leader in global finance, consulting, and Tech; and has real-life experiences to back up her keynote talks. As a non-executive board director, BCG advisor, and Forbes columnist, Aliza shares her lessons learned with the next generation of business leaders tasked with guiding companies across new frontiers. Her years of experience leading Asia for global firms make her an expert in taking the “r” out of “remote”- engaging employees across locations- pertinent to our new hybrid world. Anoushka is the former CEO of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, a leading global youth program. Anoushka speaks six languages, has lived and worked across Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia, with global brands such as la Oreal, Gide Loyrette Nouel. She is the Vice-President of the Australia India Business Council in Victoria and Chair of Women in Business Chapter. Mette Johansson (MBA, CSP, PCC) is a highly awarded author, speaker, and consultant. She worked in leadership roles for multinational corporations for 15 years before founding MetaMind, a training consultancy providing consulting and learning programmes on the people’s side of leadership skills. Mette has spoken internationally on Authentic, Inspirational, and Inclusive Leadership at a wide variety of global conferences, corporations, and business schools. Her clients include Citibank, Airbnb, Microsoft, UPS, Pfizer, Capitaland, and many more. Awards for her activities include the AmCham HERo award, the Asia Women Icon Award, the Golden Door – REX Karmaveer Medal, and APAC insider’s “Best Leadership Development Company 2020”. Mette is also the founder and relentless driver of the non-profit KeyNote – Women Speakers’ directory, with a mission to bring diversity to speaking stages around the world. She is regularly featured in media in Singapore, from Harper’s Bazaar to Straits Times. Having lived in 11 countries outside her birthplace, Denmark, Mette is a global citizen who speaks fluently in four languages and currently calls Singapore home.
Katia has extensive experience in marketing, branding and business strategy developed in the two decades working on leading brands in a variety of international positions in FMCG companies. In 2015, she decided to stand up for a higher purpose to make a positive impact on society and she started her journey in the nonprofit sector. Katia currently serves as President for Tabitha Foundation Singapore – a nonprofit dedicated to lifting underprivileged Cambodian families out of poverty- and as President for the Nokor Tep Society supporting the completion of the Nokor Tep Women’s Hospital that focuses on women’s health. She is also Vice President of PrimeTime Business & Professional Women Association which helps professional women achieve their highest potential through inspiring talks, professional development, and networking. Katia’s passion is mentoring & coaching people. She enjoys supporting individuals set and achieve their goals, make powerful choices and take effective action that will shape a richer and more meaningful life, both personally and professionally. Having lived and worked in 12 countries, she has an invaluable and diverse perspective on multicultural and gender issues.
