Elizabeth Hernandez is an accomplished government and public affairs executive with over two decades of experience working for multinational companies across the Asia-Pacific region. She specializes in developing effective advocacy strategies, leading dynamic, high-impact teams, and creating shared value. Prior to joining Corteva Agriscience, Elizabeth spent 15 years leading regional government affairs and public policy initiatives for GlaxoSmithKline, Hewlett-Packard, and Facebook. A former technology entrepreneur, Elizabeth also has extensive start-up experience. In 1996, she co-founded I-Quest Corporation, an in-room broadband service provider for the hospitality industry, and served as the company’s vice president for sales and marketing. In 2018, she served as interim chief operating officer for ShiftRunner. Elizabeth is a passionate advocate for empowering women, technology entrepreneurship, and creating shared value. She currently serves on the Board of WOMAG (Women in Agribusiness), a professional network promoting gender diversity in the agribusiness industry in Asia, and Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL), a global partnership founded by the UN Foundation, Gates Foundation, SIDA and USAID, to advance digital inclusion. Elizabeth is also a founding member of KeyNote Women Speakers. Elizabeth lives in Singapore with her husband and three children.
