Sandra has a Masters in Business and Strategy Management and certificates in Diversity & Inclusion, Organisational Behaviour and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).    This corporate experience combined with her focus on well-being and bringing one’s whole self to work provides key insights for the nuance and complexity everyone is navigating at work today. Sandra has a wealth of experience including a decade managing sales teams, 15 years in corporate entrepreneurship, and more than nine years speaking at International events. She is also a Certified Master Practitioner of NLPSpeaker’s TrainerBestselling Author, and International Keynote Speaker. As single mother of two and owner of three businesses, Sandra believes deeply in the power of female empowerment. A self-motivated and ambitious leader, she emulates pure determination and will.     Establishing her own business – AmaSSSing – to support like-minded women, Sandra channels her energy into transforming female-led businesses and supporting their personal enrichment through public speaking. Having spoken in over 13 countries and trained over 15000 students, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for her practice. Mrinalini Venkatachalam is the Regional Director for Southeast Asia and Oceania at WEConnect International, a global nonprofit network that works with multinational corporations and multilateral organizations to generate market-access opportunities for women’s business enterprises in over 125 countries through supplier diversity.     The organization identifies, educates, registers, and certifies women’s business enterprises based outside the U.S. that are at least 51% owned, as well as managed and controlled, by one or more women, and then connects them to qualified buyers across the globe. WEConnect International’s network of corporate members, primarily Fortune 500 companies, represent over $1 Trillion in annual purchasing power. Over the last twelve years, Mrinalini has engaged with large corporations, government agencies, SMEs, and community organizations to provide them with a platform to create measurable social impact.     She speaks regularly at community events, corporate events, and conferences about the role that gender equality plays in achieving a more sustainable world for everyone. Mrinalini has been awarded the Singapore Women’s Weekly’s Great Women of Our Time award in the Public Service and Education category and has been nominated as one of Cleo Singapore’s 2016 top ten Changemakers. 
Dr. Lakshmi Ramachandran, PhD in Cell & Molecular Biology (USA) has over two decades of experience in diverse areas of science such as academic and pharma research, communications and research programme management. She is an advocate of STEM and actively promotes people in science as the ambassador of the global stories in science initiative and as a co-lead organizer of the Gender Summit Asia Pacific, 2019 Singapore (GS16). Her uniqueness lies in her versatility. She is a writer, speaker, model, role model, poet, and mother of two young boys. She shares her personal experiences within and outside of science through her blog Assorted Life Flavours on lakshmiramachandran.com. She has co-authored a unique memoir-cookbook called ‘Roomies/Foodies’, a witty and informative survival guide for Indian students going abroad. Born in India, brought up in India and the Middle East, educated in the US, and living in Singapore for the last 7 years, she is a global citizen, passionate about a better, peaceful and equal world.
Katia has extensive experience in marketing, branding and business strategy developed in the two decades working on leading brands in a variety of international positions in FMCG companies. In 2015, she decided to stand up for a higher purpose to make a positive impact on society and she started her journey in the nonprofit sector. Katia currently serves as President for Tabitha Foundation Singapore – a nonprofit dedicated to lifting underprivileged Cambodian families out of poverty- and as President for the Nokor Tep Society supporting the completion of the Nokor Tep Women’s Hospital that focuses on women’s health. She is also Vice President of PrimeTime Business & Professional Women Association which helps professional women achieve their highest potential through inspiring talks, professional development, and networking. Katia’s passion is mentoring & coaching people. She enjoys supporting individuals set and achieve their goals, make powerful choices and take effective action that will shape a richer and more meaningful life, both personally and professionally. Having lived and worked in 12 countries, she has an invaluable and diverse perspective on multicultural and gender issues.
