Melanie works as a Revenue Controller in Singapore and has over 12 years of experience from a Magic Circle law firm as well as a premier international law firm. She chairs the Women in Business Community at ADB-Dutch Cham which has been an active partner with KeyNote on various events covering bold, food-for-thought content. Melanie is passionate about making people aware of their ability to evolve and grow.     She is originally from the Netherlands but has lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She speaks 4 languages and describes herself as honest with a hint of Dutch directness, balanced by a respectful and serviceable attitude. She has a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the Hotel school “The Hague”. This has engrained in her a “getting things done with a smile” approach that serves her well in the industry she now works in. 
Arthi Rabikrisson is the Founder and Managing Director of Prerna Advisory, based in South Africa, which focuses on neuroscience-based coaching and assessment for individuals, teams and corporates; strategic business consulting to SMEs; and capital introduction to alternative funding sources. A 15-year corporate career in finance and investments prior to starting Prerna Advisory, Arthi uses her coaching, strategy, sales, and finance skills, to help individuals craft their personal and business brands holistically and with confidence to make an impact.   As a keynote speaker, Arthi talks on a range of topics on leadership development, career growth, entrepreneurship, sales, and finance – as viewed through the understanding of neuroscience.  Arthi is a global award-winning ICF-credentialed leadership coach, featured and recognised across a range of global publications including Finance Monthly the NYC Journal and The CIO Times to name a few. Arthi is a key contributor and member of the Forbes Coaches Council and an opt-in member of the Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review. She is vetted on coaching panels for a number of South African and global companies, a mentor to graduates and budding entrepreneurs, and is a non-executive director of a US-based NGO operating in East Africa called Global Grassroots. She has served as a judge on platforms such as Africa’s Business Heroes (Jack Ma Foundation in Africa) and coached female entrepreneurs across Africa, through Future Females Empowerment Initiatives, to become investment and funding ready with global investors.

Wendy brings with her over 2 decades of sales & marketing, customer experience, and talent development expertise working with iconic companies like Procter & Gamble, The Body Shop, and Olympus. Recognized for her mastery in customer experience design and learning & talent development initiatives, Wendy was awarded the Procter & Gamble CEO Award, bestowed to global top performers. An experienced facilitator with the ability to engage multicultural audiences, Wendy has delivered transformational keynotes and training sessions in Singapore, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, and Sri Lanka.  

Wendy is the Summit Director of Rise Through the Ranks, a global online leadership conference that has reached out to thousands of executives from over 70 countries. She is also currently the Head of Strategic Solutions at Influence Solutions, a consultancy that partners with organizations to develop learning solutions that help them become Future-ready, Innovative, Relevant, Strategic, and Trusted.

360 marketer – Valerie’s moniker and branding with her versatile integrated marketing experience in both digital and offline. Her strong marketing experience in Retail was honed through exposure to global brands from Nike, Marks, and Spencer to Harvey Norman. She started her career in merchandising, evolving to branding and marketing – inherent in her ability to upskill. Pivoting her career to the Insurance industry to deepen her digital skills was the biggest change in her career – thrown into agile working needing a continuous growth mindset. 

Change, she did, and keep on developing is her motto! With a love to learn since young, she was awarded a scholarship by the Japanese government to study MBA in Tokyo, an eye-opening cultural and immersive knowledge experience. Her nature to keep on evolving in both career and life fosters a strong self-development for success. She mentors and coaches to help others to flourish onwards.

Nathalie is a professional organizer and the founder of Get Organised & Beyond. She works with individuals who feel overwhelmed by all the stuff they have accumulated in their home and life. She helps them face the discomfort of decluttering, establish systems, and embrace new habits so they can create and maintain a clutter-free, organized and peaceful home and make time for the important things in their life. Nathalie is also the author of a blog and is regularly published in the media. She has been speaking for organizations such as Airbnb, DBS, Ikea, National Library Board, Prudential, Robinsons, and SAP. Prior to setting up Get Organised & Beyond in 2013, Nathalie has spent over 20 years in the supply chain field, planning and managing large projects, optimizing warehouse space, processes and systems, and driving efficiencies. Nathalie is originally from France and has been living in Singapore since 1998.
