A Top 50 business leader in Clean Energy & EVs, Kasturi brings 15+ years of executive experience to the stage. She is a serial builder with a passion for all things moving green – From e-mobility to Hydrogen.

She has built multiple 0-to-1 businesses across Asia & Europe at MNCs & startups like Daimler, Flipkart, Ola Electric, and Shell. Kasturi brings a unique blend of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial muscle.

From a wide-eyed researcher in Germany, working on hydrogen trucks to a hustler building India’s first electric tuk-tuk; she has often been the only woman and Asian in the room. Now as the Global Head of Battery Swapping at Shell, she is making the switch to EVs an easier choice.

Her stories are as much about breaking things as they are about building with a purpose.

Having spoken at over 30 events, Kasturi actively collaborates with startups, policymakers, and universities like NUS.

Christine Amour-Levar is a French-Swiss-Filipina, Philanthropist, Record-Breaking Adventurer, Best-Selling Author, Human Rights & Sustainability Advisor, and Co-Founder of Investors for Climate. She began her career working for Nike globally and went on to build an international career as a marketing and communications expert and social entrepreneur, focused on addressing some of the world’s most urgent issues. A passionate advocate for female empowerment and environmental conservation, she founded two award-winning non-profit organizations, Women on a Mission (WOAM) and HER Planet Earth, which combine these two passions. Both organizations lead all-female teams on groundbreaking expeditions—WOAM supporting women who have been victims of violence and abuse, and HER Planet Earth raising funds for underprivileged women affected by climate change. Christine authored Wild Wisdom – Life Lessons from Leading Teams to Some of the Most Inhospitable Places in the World, published by Penguin Random House in 2022, and has contributed to international publications such as Forbes, the HuffPost, the Straits Times of Singapore, Thrive Global, and the Manila Bulletin. Her speaking engagements include INSEAD, Nike, TBWA, Microsoft, Unilever, Credit Suisse, TEDx, and more. She has been featured on Tatler Asia’s Most Influential Impact List 2020 and has received multiple international awards, including the GGEF Woman Eco Gamechanger Award 2022, the United Women Singapore Gender Equality Impact Award 2020, Woman of the Future Kindness & Leadership Southeast Asia Leading Lights 2020, and the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World Award™.
Santa is an award-winning advocate on how to create environmental and societal change and what kind of mind- and skill-set Change Agents need to drive forward change and navigate uncertainty, crisis, and resistance in our environment.

Santa has trained thousands of public servants as well as managers in the private sector on how to burn for a cause without burning ourselves out and create powerful visions through the FindingSustainia VISH mental contrasting method.

Trained as an environmental lawyer, Santa is a senior fellow at the Think Tank 30 of the Club of Rome Germany, and a Board Member of the Stuttgart Innovation Fund. Santa was elected Best Sustainability Blogger in Germany for her blog FindingSustainia as well #FutureWoman and Germany’s Top 100 sustainability influencer #Nachhaltige100. She gave a Tedx Talk on “Loneliness in Change Agents and what can do about it” #ABetterMeForABetter World.
Dr. Elke Duwenig is an inspiring senior expert, skilled in biotechnology and innovation on agricultural and life science challenges, with a passion for sustainable solutions. She is currently active in Regulatory and Government Affairs for Human Nutrition, Animal Nutrition, Enzymes, Flavour, and Pharma products at Nutrition & Health, BASF SE. She was also an expert lead in the Corporate Renewable Raw Material Roadmap at BASF. Elke gives expert guidance for strategies and roadmaps as well as for R&D projects and sales products. She is strongly engaged in legislation and authority work to safeguard biotech products and opening markets together with EuropaBio, EU SFI, FEFANA, AMFEP, and other trade associations and think tanks like BIC, ILSI, and AFSI, both in the EU and globally. Elke studied biology and chemistry at the University of Münster, Germany, and Stanford University, USA. She graduated and completed her doctorate in molecular plant physiology at the Institute for Gene-Biological Research (Institut für genbiologische Forschung) IGF, Berlin, and did two postdocs at the Max-Planck Institute in Golm and the University of Freiburg, Germany, before joining BASF.
