Anna J. Breimer Bharati is the creator of Tomorrow College and Courageous Teams, two of her solutions to support organizations in the New World of Work. Anna is passionate about the changing business landscape, globalization, disruptive technologies, and changing demographics in the workforce. Before founding her own consulting firm, Anna was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company, focusing on People and Organization. Besides consulting, Anna has extensive corporate experience in both multinational as well as family-owned businesses. Anna is a lecturer at business schools around the world, including the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, INSEAD, and Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
Anna holds an MBA from INSEAD, Singapore, and a Master of Science in Architecture from Delft University of Technology. She is a Dutch citizen, residing in Singapore as a permanent resident with her American husband and two daughters.
