About Dr. Aarti

Professor Aarti Ramaswami’s research focuses on systems used to identify, select, and develop managerial and executive talent. She has a particular interest in expatriation, diversity/inclusion, cross-cultural management, and career-success strategies. Aarti’s research has appeared in several top international peer-reviewed journals, as well as the popular press.  

 

She teaches topics of leadership and change, people management, cross-cultural management, developmental cultures and mentoring, at Masters, Global MBA/Executive MBA, Executive Education, and Doctoral program levels. Aarti holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology, an MA in Industrial Psychology from the University of Mumbai, and a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, USA.  

 

She has a highly international profile, having lived and worked in India, USA, France, UAE, and Singapore.
