Dr. Aarti's KeyNote

Reframing Your Leadership

What is the leadership difference you bring to your team, your organization, or your community? Leading requires not only self-awareness but also the ability to challenge the status quo and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. What contributes to the complexity and diversity of the mosaic that is your job, your team, your organization, and your community?

How can you appreciate the dynamic dance between you show up and the possibilities you create for yourself and others? What would allow you to demonstrate and internalize the emotional and cognitive agility that is required to quickly assess a situation in order to choose and enable effective behaviours? Your leadership difference starts with uncovering the answers to these questions.
