Annie is native Singaporean and gained over 20 years of HR experience in the areas of Talent Management & Acquisition, Career Transition & Leadership Development, HR transformation, Change Management and Executive Search. She graduated from The George Washington University (USA) with a Master's in Human Resource Development and a Degree in Business Marketing from Monash University (Australia). She is also an alumnus of the IMD and certified coach in 360 degrees, SHL OPQ and DISC. Currently, as Global Lead- Diversity & Inclusion at global French Pharmaceutical, she catalyzes gender balance, embed D&I into human capital strategy to shape and evolve culture transformation to leading the company brand building (EVP) and reputation.
Her past experience includes working regionally with GSK, Pall Life Sciences, Adecco/Lee Hecht Harrison. Having lived, studied and work in Asia, Australia and based in Shanghai for 10 years to setting up Center of Expertise () for APAC, Annie is well-versed in Chinese language and culture. She is active as industry panelist for associations, universities and institutes. It gives her immense satisfaction to coach and develop people to be successful and fulfilled in their roles.
