The Power of Disability Inclusion

While focusing on diversity and inclusion has become an integral part of the values of leaders and organizations, disability often gets left out of this conversation.

While 15% of the world is disabled, many leaders haven’t experienced authentic relationships with disabled people. Maybe you are nervous to even talk about disability.

In her talk, Catarina takes the audience on a journey that activates allyship and a commitment to disability inclusion. She explores why disability gets left behind, shares key foundational concepts like ableism, and conveys a passionate case for disability inclusion. She uses her own story as a disabled Latinx woman to connect with the audience, make disability inclusion easy to understand and create urgency around the need for inclusion.

The power of disability inclusion is transformative for leaders and organizations.

When we focus on disability inclusion, we create more accessibility for everyone. We design more innovative products, retain talent, and generate greater profitability. You will become a better leader, manager, and human.

Let Catarina activate the power of disability inclusion at your organization!
