"Charlotte is the Founder of Hello Sister, Asia's only Female focused marketing consultancy. After 18 years of global brand consulting working on some of the world's biggest brands she decided to found Hello Sister, to rid the Asia region of mediocre women's marketing.
Charlotte, has over 20 years' experience in brand consulting, including 15 based in Asia. She launched Hello Sister - Asia's only female focused brand consultancy in 2016 to help businesses target and engage women in the region more effectively. Since launching she has worked with various fashion retailers, GSK, Abbott ,DBS, Unilever, Pernod Ricard and Triumph along with various female focused start ups to create strategies to be more relevant to women. She has also facilitated over 250 workshops in Asia over the last 12 years covering all industries from Luxury to Fintech and from Japan to Pakistan.
She's a regular on the female business scene as a Primetime, SheEO, The Women's Forum, a Lean in Member, and a mentor for Protege Women in Leadership. She is also a co-host for the Asian Female Leadership podcast - How She Did It Asia. She is often asked to be a speaker in Asia and contributor to press articles on woman for the likes of The Economist, The Financial Times, Campaign and Trendwatching."
