I highly recommend Rochelle: I attended her workshop ‘Effective Performance Management’ at LIBS and her professional and approachable style made this a really enjoyable session. She is evidently extremely knowledgeable, and as well as being a highly informative session, she facilitated audience contribution with ease, ensuring the learning was contextualised for all. The interactive case study was well managed and succeeded in drawing out experience and knowledge from across the diverse cohort, which enhanced the learning further. The session ended with some really useful take-aways which were easily integrated into daily practice

Rochelle's contribution to the Lincoln International Business School seminar on performance management was insightful and very interesting. I am not an HR specialist but try to keep up to date with current thinking. Rochelle's presentation, together with her use of case-study examples in breakouts was full of technical detail but easily understandable for the non-specialist. I have already referred back to my notes on the session several times.
