Ruchika is an award-winning inclusion strategist and keynote speaker. She is the CEO of , a practice that advises global organizations on diversity & inclusion strategy and communications. She is also author of The Diversity Advantage: Fixing Gender Inequality Workplace. An eminent journalist, Ruchika writes regularly for publications including Harvard Business Review, Forbes and The Seattle Times.
She is also Distinguished Professional-in-Residence for the Communication Department at Seattle University. In 2019, Ruchika was named to the Thinkers50 "On the Radar" list, a global community of influential management thinkers to watch. Originally from Singapore, Ruchika has lived and worked in multiple countries over three continents. She currently resides in Seattle, USA.
