Dr. Lakshmi Ramachandran, PhD in Cell & Molecular Biology (USA) has over two decades of experience in diverse areas of science such as academic and pharma research, communications and research programme management.     She is an advocate of STEM and actively promotes people in science as the ambassador of the global stories in science initiative and as a co-lead organizer of the Gender Summit Asia Pacific, 2019 Singapore (GS16). Christine Amour-Levar is a French-Swiss-Filipina, Philanthropist, Record-Breaking Adventurer, Best-Selling Author, and Human Rights & Sustainability Advisor. Kaumudi Goda is the Co-Chair for KeyNote Women Speaker’s Directory; Co-Founder of the Inclusive Leaders Institute and DEIB Director and Board Member of the Data Visualization Society.   As a trusted business advisor, human capital strategist, and DEIB expert, Kaumudi has helped transform organizations in APAC, EMEA, and North America. Adele Hung is a global commercial director at GSK, one of the largest biopharmaceutical companies. She is an international keynote speaker based in Singapore. Her professional journey includes founding a social enterprise in Hong Kong, founding a healthcare consultancy in China's Greater Bay Area, and working in investment banking. Adele has forged a successful career holding key leadership positions across marketing, digital and strategy functions.   Having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore, Adele believes in cultural authenticity. In 2017 she established the Women Leadership Initiative in Singapore to support diversity and encourage active allyship in the workplace. She regularly speaks about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. She has worked for 19 years in the insurance, broking, and consulting industry in both Asia and Australia, with 15 years of experience focused on international consulting in the HR and employee benefits space.   She is an ambassador for diversity and inclusion in the workplace across Asia, driving thought leadership and related solutions on mental wellbeing and an aging workforce and structuring inclusive rewards programs.
