Christine Amour-Levar

Christine Amour-Levar is a French-Swiss-Filipina, Philanthropist, Record-Breaking Adventurer, Best-Selling Author, and Human Rights & Sustainability Advisor. She started her professional journey working for Nike across the world and went on to build a global career as a marketing and communications expert and social entrepreneur intent on solving some of the world’s most pressing issues.   A passionate champion of female empowerment and environmental conservation, she founded not one, but two award-winning, non-profit organisations, Women on a Mission (WOAM) and HER Planet Earth, to bridge these two passions. Both take all-female teams on pioneering expeditions —with WOAM empowering and supporting women who have been subjected to violence and abuse, and HER Planet Earth raising funds for underprivileged women affected by climate change.     Christine published ‘Wild Wisdom – Life Lessons from Leading teams to some of the Most Inhospitable Places in the World’ with Penguin Random House in 2022, and has contributed to international publications such as Forbes, the HuffPost, the Straits Times of Singapore, Thrive Global and the Manila Bulletin Newspaper of the Philippines. Arthi Rabikrisson is the Founder and Managing Director of Prerna Advisory, based in South Africa, which focuses on neuroscience-based coaching and assessment for individuals, teams and corporates; strategic business consulting to SMEs; and capital introduction to alternative funding sources. A 15-year corporate career in finance and investments prior to starting Prerna Advisory, Arthi uses her coaching, strategy, sales, and finance skills, to help individuals craft their personal and business brands holistically and with confidence to make an impact.   As a keynote speaker, Arthi talks on a range of topics on leadership development, career growth, entrepreneurship, sales, and finance – as viewed through the understanding of neuroscience.  Arthi is a global award-winning ICF-credentialed leadership coach, featured and recognised across a range of global publications including Finance Monthly the NYC Journal and The CIO Times to name a few.   Arthi is a key contributor and member of the Forbes Coaches Council and an opt-in member of the Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review. Natalia Rachel shares her voice to begin to remedy the world’s state of hustle, trauma, disconnect, and disrespect. Dr. Amy Silver ClinPsyD MPhil MA BSc (Hons) CATDip MAPS Amy is a psychologist, speaker, and facilitator with expertise in the management of emotions and communication for high performance at work. Amy’s work helps teams build psychological safety, trust, and courage to enable connected organisations with remarkable performance. She has decades (ouch!) of experience helping people to have more courage and have courageous conversations safely.     Amy has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Masters in Forensic Psychiatry, Masters in Performance, Bachelor with Honours in Psychology and further therapeutic training in cognitive therapies such as Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Compassion Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. She has published widely in academic journals and more accessible magazines and now publishes fortnightly in a popular business-focused blog/vlog called Silver linings.     She is a contributing author in many books including the acclaimed Oxford Handbook of Behavioural Experiments (for Oxford University), collaborations Unite (ed. Julia Steel) and What’s Next? (Hagen et al). Amy is on Faculty at Thought Leaders Business School. She is the author of the book Conversations Create Growth and Brace for Impact (both available on her website). Dalia Feldheim

Dalia Feldheim- the founder of Flow Leadership Consultancy, draws on her own extensive corporate leadership experience and her passion for championing others, to enable organizations to promote a more authentic, happy, and psychologically safe working culture.  Before founding Flow Leadership Consultancy, Dalia spent over two decades as a C-suite global marketing executive at Procter and Gamble where she led work on some of the world’s most iconic ad campaigns two of them being 'Tampax Mother Nature' and ’Always like a girl’ ranked Forbes most influential campaign of the decade. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjJQBjWYDTs  Dalia holds an Executive Master's degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD business school (Organizational Psychology) along with a Happiness Facilitator diploma from the ‘Happiness Studies Academy’ in partnership with Miami University.    Dalia is on a mission to share her insights and learning, successes, and struggles to help shape the new generation of leaders. She teaches ‘The Science of Happiness and Resilience’ as an Adjunct Professor at the Singapore Management University and works with the top tech companies to bring resilience and joy to work. To complement her training program, she recently founded a small startup- “Uppiness- Up your game at work”- an online game designed to help employees solve daily challenges through the use of positive psychology interventions in a fun and engaging way building skills, teamwork and growth mindset.     She is also an ICF accredited coach, a qualified psychodynamic group therapist, and yoga and meditation trainer- including personal and group coaching and mindfulness practice in her corporate programs.
