"Bianca Stringuini is the Founder and Managing Director for Bianca Stringuini, Talent & Inclusion. Originally from Brazil Bianca has held strong commercial and strategy focused business roles in diverse sectors such as banking, real estate and fashion, mostly in international business development and branding across South America, Europe, and the Middle East. Established in Singapore for 11 years with a focus on the financial sector her previous roles were Head of Diversity & Inclusion for JP Morgan Chase, AIG and American Express in Asia Pacific and a Senior Consultant at Mercer. She is a cultural awareness, change management and cultural transformation certified facilitator and has spoken as a talent and diversity leader in multiple international Conferences and Forums including the UN CSW Global Conference on Empowering Women Financially, D&I Asia Conference in Hong Kong, and World Bank organized a symposium on Women Banking Alliance plus several others in Asia and the USA."
