As a Digital Leader and Transformation expert with over 20 years of experience, Carolyn Chin-Parry has fulfilled senior roles such as Chief Digital Officer for a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate and a KPMG Director in the transformation and change management practice. Carolyn is passionate about future-proofing companies for Industry 4.0+ and Change Leadership to create an innovative culture.

A Future of Work strategist and keynote speaker, she has been engaged by Fortune 500 clients across a wide variety of industries such as Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Mining, Oil, Gas, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Health, Logistics, Real Estate, Security, Aviation, Consumer Goods, Education, IT, Legal and Government. Carolyn is a Board Director for a Singaporean charity and on the International Advisory Committee for the prestigious Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Previously nominated for a National Teaching Award in Australia for Innovative Teaching, she also served on an Australian University Advisory Board for ten years. Carolyn believes in lifelong learning, growing and sharing knowledge, as well as bringing closer ties between industry, government, and educators to prepare for The Future of Work.
