About Laura

Before changing to a career focused on mental health, joy, and connection, Laura spent many years working in banking and finance as a Chartered Accountant, as well as facilitating yoga, mindfulness meditation, and somatic dance alongside her corporate career. 


Laura's personal mental health journey has given her a deep understanding of the necessity of having mental wellness tools within the workplace and in maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Each workshop or conference that she facilitates is routed in mindfulness practices and self-empowerment, bringing greater transformation and clarity in every experience. 


Laura draws on her own extensive corporate experience and her passion for enabling others to strengthen their own minds in order to find their own authentic power and to create the space for their mental and emotional healing.
