Effective Leadership: How to build a motivated and committed team
Monika was a one-woman show when she announced she would set a seemingly impossible cycling record: To become the first woman in history to ride the Tour of Spain, the same route on the same day as the pros, just hours before. 80% of people doubted her success. Alone, it was not possible. So how do you build a team and get them excited about working towards a seemingly impossible goal and do it all for free? In her presentation, Monika explains the five crucial factors of what it takes to build a motivated and committed team.
