Arthi Rabikrisson is the Founder and Managing Director of Prerna Advisory, based in South Africa, which focuses on neuroscience-based coaching and assessment for individuals, teams and corporates; strategic business consulting to SMEs; and capital introduction to alternative funding sources. A 15-year corporate career in finance and investments prior to starting Prerna Advisory, Arthi uses her coaching, strategy, sales, and finance skills, to help individuals craft their personal and business brands holistically and with confidence to make an impact.   As a keynote speaker, Arthi talks on a range of topics on leadership development, career growth, entrepreneurship, sales, and finance – as viewed through the understanding of neuroscience.  Arthi is a global award-winning ICF-credentialed leadership coach, featured and recognised across a range of global publications including Finance Monthly the NYC Journal and The CIO Times to name a few.   Arthi is a key contributor and member of the Forbes Coaches Council and an opt-in member of the Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review. She is vetted on coaching panels for a number of South African and global companies, a mentor to graduates and budding entrepreneurs, and is a non-executive director of a US-based NGO operating in East Africa called Global Grassroots. She has served as a judge on platforms such as Africa’s Business Heroes (Jack Ma Foundation in Africa) and coached female entrepreneurs across Africa, through Future Females Empowerment Initiatives, to become investment and funding ready with global investors.

Yasmine is on a mission to develop trustworthy leaders in hopes that we transform the global trust crisis and accelerate the speed of problem-solving. An adventurer, storyteller, B Corp Ambassador, podcast host and producer of Asia's first documentary series around climate change. People buy from people they know, like and trust.     Backed with 14 years of experience in psychology, communication, and mixed heritage, Yasmine has helped Danone craft the story to launch the first 100% circular bottle and enabled ClubMed employees to amplify their story. Focusing on building trust, her Sales Story Labs enable leaders to have greater influence, visibility, and impact on their business. During her show, the Sales Story Podcast, she interviews CEOs from across Asia on how they utilized storytelling to sell ideas, raise funds, and inspire teams to scale their business.     An adventurer, Yasmine has embarked on an Arctic expedition, cycled, and hiked through some of the world's toughest mountain terrains. She is currently working on raising funds to produce a documentary with UNDP and the World Bank to feature new Asian sustainable innovations. She is passionate about more inclusive conversations and is a certified interfaith facilitator that helps leaders in education be more innovative. Christine Amour-Levar

Christine Amour-Levar is a French-Swiss-Filipina, Philanthropist, Record-Breaking Adventurer, Best-Selling Author, and Human Rights & Sustainability Advisor. She started her professional journey working for Nike across the world and went on to build a global career as a marketing and communications expert and social entrepreneur intent on solving some of the world’s most pressing issues.   A passionate champion of female empowerment and environmental conservation, she founded not one, but two award-winning, non-profit organisations, Women on a Mission (WOAM) and HER Planet Earth, to bridge these two passions. Both take all-female teams on pioneering expeditions —with WOAM empowering and supporting women who have been subjected to violence and abuse, and HER Planet Earth raising funds for underprivileged women affected by climate change.     Christine published ‘Wild Wisdom – Life Lessons from Leading teams to some of the Most Inhospitable Places in the World’ with Penguin Random House in 2022, and has contributed to international publications such as Forbes, the HuffPost, the Straits Times of Singapore, Thrive Global and the Manila Bulletin Newspaper of the Philippines. Her speaking engagements have been hosted by INSEAD, Nike, TBWA, Microsoft, Unilever, Credit Suisse, TEDx, and more.
