Bhali Gill is a psychologist, professional speaker, and executive coach with over 10 years of experience in Australia and Singapore. She has worked with global organisations such as SAP, Randstad, Accenture, Abbott, and IBM. Currently, she is lecturing the psychology program at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and James Cook University (JCU). With a reach of over 100,000 readers, her writing has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Golf/Women, SUSScribe, and Medium.   Bhali is also the founder of Corporate Wellbeing and Conscious Unicorn, where her work and dedication to creating productive, mentally healthy, and positive workplaces for employees and organisations have come highly recommended. Her wellbeing/leadership workshops have been applauded by many employees who have testified to having developed new skills, transformed their lives, and created the resilience needed in global organisations.   As an experienced, certified and highly skilled executive and personal coach, Bhali has enabled her clients to discover and reach their potential whilst remaining aligned to themselves. Claudia Stuckmann-Invernizzi

Currently, at the helm of the Head of International Public Affairs for a leading animal health company and a member of the senior leadership team, Claudia brings 20 years of experience in strategic global stakeholder management and diverse public affairs, government relations, public policy, and communication experience to the table. She has gained perspectives from different roles and projects across various industries and organisations: she worked in politics; for multinational corporations; an industry trade association and a public affairs and communication consultancy firm.     Her expertise covers a variety of sectors including environment, agriculture, biotechnology, and healthcare. Having been politically active and held various leadership positions at a non-governmental organization for over a decade, Claudia’s passion for sustainability runs deep. She was the Chairwoman of several EUW International Commissions, a candidate for the European Parliament elections in 2004 and 2009, and was elected twice as a personal substitute to a member of the European Parliament. It is Claudia’s intention to drive sustainability at executive & board levels and to ensure it is hardwired across the business, in both operations and innovations while enhancing corporate reputation.     In so doing she builds on her passion for sustainability and 20 years of experience in complex and diverse strategic global stakeholder management, as well as her track record of successfully influencing the external business environment. Claudia believes that in a complex external environment, managing the external environment beyond a business’ focus on the direct customer is key. It is not the only key for the company’s reputation and sustainability efforts, but also for the company to gain and keep its social license to operate as well as to drive short-term business success, e.g., in the context of product introductions & adoptions. Claudia displays a great ability to see issues through different lenses. Dalia Feldheim

Dalia Feldheim- the founder of Flow Leadership Consultancy, draws on her own extensive corporate leadership experience and her passion for championing others, to enable organizations to promote a more authentic, happy, and psychologically safe working culture.  Before founding Flow Leadership Consultancy, Dalia spent over two decades as a C-suite global marketing executive at Procter and Gamble where she led work on some of the world’s most iconic ad campaigns two of them being 'Tampax Mother Nature' and ’Always like a girl’ ranked Forbes most influential campaign of the decade. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjJQBjWYDTs  Dalia holds an Executive Master's degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD business school (Organizational Psychology) along with a Happiness Facilitator diploma from the ‘Happiness Studies Academy’ in partnership with Miami University.    Dalia is on a mission to share her insights and learning, successes, and struggles to help shape the new generation of leaders. She teaches ‘The Science of Happiness and Resilience’ as an Adjunct Professor at the Singapore Management University and works with the top tech companies to bring resilience and joy to work. To complement her training program, she recently founded a small startup- “Uppiness- Up your game at work”- an online game designed to help employees solve daily challenges through the use of positive psychology interventions in a fun and engaging way building skills, teamwork and growth mindset.     She is also an ICF accredited coach, a qualified psychodynamic group therapist, and yoga and meditation trainer- including personal and group coaching and mindfulness practice in her corporate programs. Finally, Dalia is a passionate advocate of women and feminine leadership- encouraging women (and men) to lean into their feminine leadership traits and “Dare to lead (more) like a girl”.
