Nimisha Tailor

Nimisha is a competition and regulation specialist with 20 years of international experience. Having worked in consultancy firms and competition regulators in the UK, New Zealand, and Singapore, she has a deep understanding of how regulators operate and how markets function. She has led high-profile merger investigations, drafted merger regulation guidelines, assessed complaints of anti-competitive behavior, and advised government agencies on competition matters. As a former Deputy Director at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore, Nimisha supervised in-depth market studies on e-commerce and various consumer products. As an expert, she was seconded to the Singapore Tourism Board to lead a regulatory review. With an evidence-based approach, Nimisha has advised companies on the competition effects of their business strategies.     She has written articles on competition matters in industry publications and has presented her ongoing research on Competition in the Data Economy. Using case studies and practical examples, Nimisha has conducted competition training workshops, presented to industry associations, business schools, universities, workshops for ASEAN government agencies, as well as at the International Competition Network Conference. Having spoken at both academic and Tech Industry conferences, her expertise connects public-private sector perspectives and is invaluable to businesses, governments, and academia looking to understand the growing competition issues in the digital economy. Nimisha is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and in her spare time she volunteers as a mentor to university students planning their careers. She also supervises a team of students leading consulting projects for non-profit organizations. Nimisha is a former member of the UK Government Economic Service and has a Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science.

Her insights into the human condition and our profound need for healing, self-compassion, empathy, and belonging, inspire audiences to awaken their hearts, illuminate their patterns and step forward towards self-care and relational repair.   Natalia Rachel brings an amalgamation of knowledge from years working as a therapist and clinic director with a focus on trauma & abuse recovery, as well as her own personal journey recovering from mental health misdiagnosis and physical health conditions that stemmed from childhood trauma. She is a proud recipient of the Women Icons Asia Award (emerging entrepreneur) for social impact in the domain of trauma-informed culture transformation & self-mastery education.   Her desire to answer the existential questions ‘Why am I?’, ‘Why are you?’, and ‘Why are we?’, led her on an incredible journey exploring mainstream & mental healthcare, complementary healthcare, and the spectrum of spirituality and the healing arts. Her messages distill over 20 years of her own lived self-mastery.  As we learn to live in an endemic world, Natalia Rachel is frequently called on to speak and facilitate workshops that inspire a proactive approach to healing and a collective shift towards peace and power. Dalia Feldheim

Dalia Feldheim- the founder of Flow Leadership Consultancy, draws on her own extensive corporate leadership experience and her passion for championing others, to enable organizations to promote a more authentic, happy, and psychologically safe working culture.  Before founding Flow Leadership Consultancy, Dalia spent over two decades as a C-suite global marketing executive at Procter and Gamble where she led work on some of the world’s most iconic ad campaigns two of them being 'Tampax Mother Nature' and ’Always like a girl’ ranked Forbes most influential campaign of the decade. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjJQBjWYDTs  Dalia holds an Executive Master's degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD business school (Organizational Psychology) along with a Happiness Facilitator diploma from the ‘Happiness Studies Academy’ in partnership with Miami University.    Dalia is on a mission to share her insights and learning, successes, and struggles to help shape the new generation of leaders. She teaches ‘The Science of Happiness and Resilience’ as an Adjunct Professor at the Singapore Management University and works with the top tech companies to bring resilience and joy to work. To complement her training program, she recently founded a small startup- “Uppiness- Up your game at work”- an online game designed to help employees solve daily challenges through the use of positive psychology interventions in a fun and engaging way building skills, teamwork and growth mindset.     She is also an ICF accredited coach, a qualified psychodynamic group therapist, and yoga and meditation trainer- including personal and group coaching and mindfulness practice in her corporate programs. Finally, Dalia is a passionate advocate of women and feminine leadership- encouraging women (and men) to lean into their feminine leadership traits and “Dare to lead (more) like a girl”.
